Houston Raiders Baseball

The Houston Raiders Baseball organization was created with the purpose of showcasing the top baseball players in the Cy-Fair area. Since its inaugural year, the organization has grown from one team, consisting of recently graduated high school players, to a program consisting of four high school age teams, which compete at the Connie Mack and Mickey Mantle levels.

Houston Raiders players are offered opportunities to develop and improve their abilities by competing with and against top athletes from many parts of the United States. More importantly, players are afforded the opportunity to promote their skills statewide and nationally in front of scouts from the college and professional ranks.

Finally, the Houston Raiders organization has a strong tradition that we are proud of. We have strived to achieve an unparalleled reputation. The Houston Raiders experience is as much about social interaction and learning, as it is about, athletic achievement. More than anything else, Houston Raiders baseball will always be about having fun while working hard at the game we love. Wins and losses come and go, but it is our sincere desire to create friendships and memories that will last a lifetime.

Mission Statement:

To Promote Baseball Players From Northwest Houston And Surrounding Areas.

Goals:

The Houston Raider organization is committed to the following goals:

Provide players a forum to gain exposure to collegiate and professional scouts.
Offer players an opportunity to develop and improve their baseball skills.
Have players compete against the best competition possible.
Provide players the opportunity to play at the next level.

Because of the their direct involvement in the Raiders organization, and the efforts of the Raiders coaches and staff, many players have gone on to play at the college and professional level.

Houston Raider Baseball Teams

18 and Under Teams- High School Seniors compete at the Connie Mack level. The teams travel to tournaments at colleges, universities, and national tournaments.
16 and Under Teams- High School underclassmen compete at the Mickey Mantle level. Teams travel to showcase tournaments, select state,and national tournaments. The schedule is designed to challenge them and prepare them to be showcased as High School Juniors and Seniors.
16 and Under Team- Freshmen compete in local select tournaments, to expose them to the level of play that will be expected of them.
